1) All the backup are full (necessary for daily and monthly backup)
2) Browse and retention policies are 3 weeks. It's applied for data but not
for indexes, indexes have a retention of 1 year (why ???).

Remark : 1 year is the browse and retention policies for the monthly backup
(on a differents media and pool).

You have to take in account for dependant savesets, the retention is usually
double of what you think.

sample Retent = 7 days

Sun Mon Tues Wed Thur Fri Sat   Sun Mon Tues Wed Thur Fri Sat  Sun
  F     I       I      I      I      I     I             F    I       I
I       I     I     I    F  ......

Note the 1st Full  and the next 5 "I" won't  go into recycle status un till
the 1st Sat saveset is seven days old

What is the actual retention time for that saveset?

mminfo -q 'ssid=<ssid>' -r 'volume,savetime,ssretent,level'
