Not that I know of, but there's is a device that encrypts data on a SCSI
channel so you can presumably use it between your NetWorker server and
your tape library to encrypt everything that goes to tape. I have not used
this product, but I did read some brochures about it. Unfortunately, the
name of the company that makes this encryption product escapes me. Perhaps
someone else on the list can fill in that blank, or you might be able to
find it via a web search.
