Environment: NetWorker 6.1.3 on W2K
Problem: some of the full backups cannot be browed,
all the incrementals are fine
Findings (so far):
index details:
id files size time level
...
0814 1128 348MB 01.02.04 incr
0815 21678 34GB 03.02.04 full
0816 875 211MB 04.02.04 incr
...
WINWORK (on a specific client only) does not show
the files backed up through the FULL
(regardless of setting browsetime, etc.)
only files from INCR are shown
So i tried to tracked this down a little bit:
mminfo -q ssid=0815 -r client,name,ssid,ssflags,clflags,savetime,nsavetime
client name ssid ssflags clflg date save time
xxx102 F:\ 0815 vF F 01.02.2004 1075593678
nsrinfo -t 1075593678 fis102
scanning client `xxx102' for savetime 1075593678(Sun Feb 01 01:01:18 2004)
from the backup namespace
0 objects found
The "0 objects found" only happens on FULLs, INCR are fine
ALL savesets (fulls+inrementals) are backed up to disk and later
staged to tape (manually via script + nsrstage).
nsrck -L6, nsrim -X etc. have been of no avail.
In the meanwhile we've done DAILY FULLs.
This worked well - all files browsable.
But "daily fulls" don't make sense (300 MB vs. 35 GB).
So any ideas what's the problem here?
- index corrupt?
- mminfo/nsrinfo buggy?
- ...
(migrating to 7.x is not an option AT THIS time, but
is scheduled for 2nd half of the year).
Thanks -Gaddy-
