Set "Target Sessions" (Media->Devices in the GUI) to a low number,
and "Parallelism" (under "Server" in the GUI) to some larger number.

Ex- You have four drives, you want each drive to have 4 streams on it
when there are backup streams available, and you want no more than 16
streams going at once:

        Parallelism: 16
        Target Sessions: 1

This is covered in the NetWorker admin GUI, which is I believe
downloadable from Legato's site in PDF format.
