Hmm.  I'm not sure where (or why) you're seeing non-recyclable.  'E' in
the status field means 'recyclable'.

As far as the media database is concerned, both these tape are
recyclable.

To verify, does this find both tapes?

mminfo -q 'volrecycle' -r 'volume' | egrep 'CV0042|CV0067'
