printf ". type:nsr group\nupdate stop now:true\n" | nsradmin -i -

(or some equivalent in whatever scripting language you can use on the
machine).

Why do you want to unload the tapes first?  Does the windows
installation have the equivalent of 'nsr_shutdown'?  That's all I'd use
on UNIX if I had to go down fast.
