Is 6.1.4 release an actual release that we can apply to our existing
6.1.1 to bring us up to 6.1.4, or is it just a patch release for those
already running 6.1.3 or 6.1.2? I mean, I guess what I'm asking is is
that we don't need to be at something higher than 6.1.1 to download this
and install it, and once we've installed it, we're at the zenith for
6.x, right?

Will the release level actually say 6.1.4?
