I'm running Networker 6.2 on a windows 2000 server system, and I've been
seeing something rather puzzling with doing cloning.

It's also worth mentioning that I'm doing cloning via a batch script.

I've got SDLT tapes in the clone pool that only have 19GB on them, yet
the nsrclone won't use them.  Any idea why nsrclone always goes for an
empty volume?
