As far as I can tell, the savegrp notifications are not generated directly
by a running savegrp process so redirection would not work. You might
consider creating a custom savegrp notification in
nwadmin->customize->notifications to implement your idea or perhaps write
a script to scan the info from the /nsr/logs/daemon.log file.
