It looks like a dns issue to me... looks like the domain was updated on
nov 23rd so it's possible they are/were transferring to a new registrar
or isp and are having some issues.

and no good responses....  So unfortunately you'll have to go to the ip
for now.  I'll bcc the zone's admin and the registrant in case they're
unaware.
