Re: [Networker] Problem installing jukebox on storage node (jbconfig, Win2K3 Server).

Hello. I am trying to install a jukebox on a Networker 6.2 build 109 storage
node (Windows 2K3 Server). The nsrserverhost is a Win NT 4 SP6 server with the
same Networker rev. The drive (AIT-1 drive inside a SpectraLogic Treefrog,
Cybernetics branded) is seen and installed; visible on both nsrserverhost and
storage node. When I run jbconfig on the storage node to add the jukebox, I
get this error:

Any advice on this? Is Networker 6.2 compatible with Win2K3 Server? Does the
Treefrog require a driver that isn't in the Legato storage node software?
NetWorker 6.2 is not compatible with Windows 2003. You need 7.0 or
above. You can run a 7.0 client with a 6.1.3 server, provided you
install a hotfix, contact Legato Support for that. I don't know whether
you can run a 7.0 client with 6.2, since 6.2 is a one-off release (older
than 6.1.3) that is only intended for use with NDMP or Windows XP. If
you consider upgrading your server to 7.x you will need to upgrade the
OS as well as NetWorker, since 7.0 server will not run on NT4.
