Re: [Networker] nsrjb - can i run it on a remote machine?

I would imagine that this can be done on a Unix NSRSERVER too from a
client that has nsrexec and adequately configured as an administrator on
the NSRSERVER.
mkeubak01:/home/staff/asondhi $ export RUSER="asondhi"
mkeubak01:/home/staff/asondhi $ export RCMD="nsrjb"
mkeubak01:/home/staff/asondhi $ nsrexec -c erpbak1
Host mkeubak01.mke.ra.rockwell.com cannot request command execution
11/25/03 08:35:10 nsrexec: Host mkeubak01.mke.ra.rockwell.com cannot
request command execution

Yes it is. To do this, use the following commands:
export RUSER=root
export RCMD="nsrjb -whatever....."
nsrexec -c YOURNSRSERVER
The administrator list on your NetWorker server will need to contain a
suitable entry for you on the Unix client.
