4.0.3_solaris/bin
directory.

It's because you are not starting the reporter from the bin subdir.

Extract bin and data subdir from the kit to a same directory
and then change dir to the bin subdir and start the
reporting tool from the bin.

It will work.

Next version will detect wrond starting location
and report a failure with a more detailed error msg.

Has anyone gotten this to work on Solaris? I'm getting the following
