Hi, Wayne,

I'm sure you've already tried these but you didn't mention explicitly so I
feel compelled to write. When we get "RPC error: Unable to send", our knee-
jerk reaction is to:
  1. Stop and restart the NetWorker services on the client;
  2. If that doesn't work reboot the client.
In our environment it's very rare for an "Unable to send" to survive those
two steps.
