Hello Theresa,

i have the same problem on a NetWorker 6.1.3 Workgroup Edition on a
Windows 2000 Server. The licences were authorized in May this year. Two
weeks ago i got a call from the customer that the base enabler has
expired. Then we reentered the auth code and the problem was "solved".
This week the customer called me again that the oracle enabler was
expired. Next week i am onsite and i will see if i can find out more.
Maybe it is a bug in the 6.1.3.

greetings f_x

Version: NetWorker 6.1.3.Build.428 Network Edition/20

Solaris (sparc) Release: 5.8

All licenses have been enabled and authorized for no expiration

No configuration changes have been made to the server. On October 2, 2003
the following message started appearing ==> Oct  2 00:13:01 <server name>
root: [ID 702911 daemon.notice] NetWorker Registration: (warning) License
enabler #none (NetWorker/10 Eval) will expire in 13 day(s) in nsr/messages
and is still appearing.

The message seems to emerge about the same time of the day and only in
nsr/messages. First Legato just executed backups on the Legato server in
this mode. However, more recently Legato has started to execute other
backup jobs that are not configured according to the way that they are
executing.

The hostid on this server has not changed. We have blanked out all enabler
and authorization codes and put them back in. This has authorized the
server and all modules with no expiration date for a second time but has not
resolved this issue. The message reappeared and continued its countdown. We
have updated the firmware and patched the kernel even though there have
never been any error messages appearing in /var/adm/messages regarding any
problems with the operating system.

At this point I am looking for suggestions and/or ideas from anyone that may
have experienced this type of problem. Is there any other place that I can
look on the server or anywhere else for further information on how to
troubleshoot this problem? Please respond through the Networker forum.

Thanks and Regards,
