We just recently saw and issue on NetWorker for Linux 6.1.3 where the HostID
changed because the space on the disk drive was full. And for some ODD
reason this changed up the HostID that Legato had and we had to go do a
change up request.

Hope that helps some.

Has anyone experienced a change in Hostid on a win2k server? In my case it
is alleged to be automatic and caused by Legato, I have tough time believing
that. Here is even something tougher to believe that resulting hostid is
same as the hostid of another backup server.
