It would be much more illuminating if one gave an indication of how much data,
how many servers/workstations, number of users, type of data (oracle,
exchange,..) and how many restores etc.  I have no idea if it takes 5 people
for a terabyte of data or a petabyte so the answer is somewhat meaningless.
