Hey Guys,
I had a system crash the other day and since then I keep getting the
below messages in my /nsr/daemon.log.
10/23/03 03:15:33 nsrd: Warning: volume S01310 has duplicate entries
If I run the below mminfo command on that volume...
$ mminfo -r 'volid,volume,volaccess,volretent,pool' -q volume=S01310
volid volume vl access expires pool
2422680321 S01310 10/18/03 11/25/03 OffsiteB30DaysR30Days
4275468033 S01310 07/03/03 expired OnlineCloneR30Days
If I look back through my logs I can see that S01310 was relabeled from
OnlineCloneR30Days to OffsiteB30DaysR30Days on 10/17/03. The server
crashed on 10/23/03. I'm getting this exact error on about 15 different
volumes. I've run "nsrim -X" in hopes that it would clean up the media
database, but it didn't fix the problem. The next step I'm considering
is "nsrmm -d -V volid" on the expired entry of each volume having this
issue. Anyone ever had this problem? What was the resolution?
Thanks,
Joel
