[Networker] NRMW 2.0.1 error

Hi All,

I installed the NRMW 2.0.1 to NetWorker backup server machine on Windows 2000 
SP4, non-RAID 5, and NetWorker 6.1.2 environment.

MOS image file creation always fail with the following error :

Error: ' ERROR: ["CMOSSecondarySA", "MOS SSA"] MOS SSA: Can not create CD ROM 
image file. System error 0x00000005'
Error: 'ERROR: ["CCopyOperation", ""] SA StartWriteProcess method returns 
error. SA class name: CMOSSecondarySA'
Error: ' ERROR: ["CCopyOperation", ""] SA StartWriteProcess method returns 
error. SA class name: CMOSSecondarySA. SA object name: MOS SSA. SA
error:0xC0090005'
Error: 'Creation of Mini-OS image failed. Error code : 0xC0050002'
"

I already apply the LGTpa51512 hotfix, set the physical drive only to start at 
boot ( diskperf -NV ), and starting services with debug mode ( drmservice 
-debug ). The issue above still occure.
 


Please give me your advance.
