I am missing something here...

I've just finished developing my new Networker v7.0 server and am ready to
move over my assigned enabler codes from my old server.  The old server is
off and out of commission.  I cannot find a way to delete the temporary base
enabler on the new server and NW won't allow me to install a second base
enabler.  Can anyone help or is this a job for licensing AT legato DOT com?
