Thanks for the reply Shelley,
I opened a service call to Legato and found out that there's a
procedure missing on the 'Upgrade Documents' I'm using.
Upgrade to v6.1.3 is using 'smitty install_latest' and somehow it never
mentioned 'un-installing' the old version. You cannot use nsr_ize
because the files are in '*.rte' format.
So it turned out that when I run nsrjb, it is still running old version
and drivers.
We renamed the old nsrjb and driver directory and nsrjb worked.

Hi Librado,

Did you try a reboot?  I think I had a similar problem with linux when
upgrading from 6.1.3 to 7.0.  Either that or unload the driver and
reload it.
