These options are only used to skip the first media files (and records) on
the tape, so the scan do not start at the beginning of the tape. One must
specify the lower values when several are returned.

The scanner command must be issued for each save-set with the first syntax.

For the second syntax (-S ssid1 -S ssid2) the scan is done for all the
SSIDs, this may be faster if the save-sets to be recovered are multiplexed
on the tape.
