Yes, we saw this behavior when moving files from 1 system to another..the
files would then get backed up every night.
Its better now but since we couldn't control when this would happen, and in
an effort to save tape, we switched to using the NTFS change journal.. its
been working pretty well..we haven't had a problem with huge incrementals since.
