We seem to have had a flurry of problems recently from people running old
versions of software. Yet again this is a problem that is fixed in a more
recent version. This looks to me exactly like bug LGTpa30132. The good news
is that the data on the tape is not corrupted. Best case is that you can
install 6.1.3 and read the tape. Worst case is you may also need to scan
the tape. Contact Legato Support for the full details of the bug if you
feel you need to, that's what they're there for.
