My understanding is that you'll need to go to a NetWorker 6.0.x or a
6.1.x release first, as NetWorker v7 cannot do an upgrade on the v5.x
indexes.

Doing the upgrade from 5.5.3 to say 6.1.3 then from 6.1.3 to 7.0 should
be no problem however.
