I've got very good support from Legato Canada folks. After investigation, 
case(s) has(ve) been reported 
regarding above msg telling the server is busy and is just an informal message 
when nsrd is quite busy
(that's the situation in my case) . If not logged together with other error, 
can just be ignored.
 
Since the upgrade, I have the msg some times a day in the daemon.log but my 
server is feeling better. 
I also feel nwadmin interfaces (windows and unix ones) to be less impacted when 
clone is in
progress.

        There will not be a maintenance release for NW 7. Only 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2.
        
        There will be hot-fixes, which can be requsted if you have a problem.
        
        And 7.1 will have new fetaures, so it's not a maintenance release.

        I average about 20 of these a day.
        
        Supposed to be "fixed" in 7.x, but I won't go there until at least the 
first maintenance version is released.

        Since I upgraded from 612 to 613 customer's datazone (server running 
Sun Solaris 8 and storage nodes HP Tru64 Unix) my daemon.log is randomly filled 
with following error for each Storage node :
        
        nsrd: Jukebox '<storage node>' failed: server is busy, please retry 
request
        
        Any other ones that met same problem ?
