I have not down this, but we are in talks with Legato about doing something
similar.  The best thing is to work with your Legato sales rep or reseller.
You need to do a host transfer to get a new license code.  I have not gotten
into the details yet, since depending on which storage solution we purchase
will drive whic OS/Hardware we will run Legato on.
