I agree with David.
Legato has turned down purchase offers a few times through the years ....
either the buying prices were too low, or something else in the package was
likeable to them - {sources: Wall Street Journal & NASDAQ, Company Info).
In any event, Legato seems to be struggling financially right now (as per
their layoffs and the other recent cost cutting they have done).  But I
seriously think they are NOT going to sell unless the "right price" comes
along.

Not speculating.  I doubt Legato would sell to them on principle.
