If you need backup performance with NetWare clients, get another backup
system. Legato will not do what is neccessary to increase performance.
You'll get all sorts of stupid suggestions from them. In the end they will
just stonewall you.

The problem is that networker uses the default tcp buffer size (tcp window
size) on every client. On NetWare, this strategy falls flat on its face
because NetWare uses sensible defaults. These defaults are not suitable for
a high performance backup program.

Typically you get a tcp window size of less than 12KB while you should have
had something around 60KB or even more to get the best performance.
