I also wanted to have such notices, but i didn't find anything
helpful either.

The only thing i managed, is to have separate notifications for
succeeded savegroups and savegroups with errors.
Simply set the default 'savegroup completion' to the empty string
and define two new notifications, one with [savegroup:alert] and one
with [savegroup:notice].
