        Or the wrong set of of labels
        Antonio,

        You might have the wrong tapes or the wrong barcode.

        The barcode is standardize this way for the cleaning tapes

        CLN     = Cleaning tape
        S       = Vendor is Seagate (I=IBM, H=HP and U=Universal)
        XX      = number

        The L700 is smart enough to detect, from the barcode, for which tape
vendor is
        the cleaning tape made for. If you can go for "U", those are universal
and do
        work for all vendors

        If you look at the tape itself, you will also see the letter of the
tape vendor
        type : H, S, I or U. Of course, the type on the tape media has to match
the type
        on the barcode.

        Hope this helps
        Greg
