Hi James:
The following worked for us - worth a try.

We  purchased a 16 slot autoloader which takes 2 x 8 slot magazines. We
bought the drive with just 1 magazine, so naively thought our 1-9 slot
autoloader licence would work fine, but no, Legato sees it as 16 slot
and that's that.

We got around that by editing the nsrjb.res file.
The items that needed editing were as follows...

available slots:
physical slots:
volume ids:
volumes:

The last two entries are comma seperated lists. In my case it was just
a matter of editing the 16 entries down to 8 and - voila! as they say.

I have just upgraded my jukebox from a Qualstar 8433 to an 8466.  In a
nutshell I added another 33 slots.  Our license is for only 64.  I was
told
that the license should work but Networker would only use 64 slots and
not
the full 66.  When I try to run Networker now, I receive an error
message
that the jukebox is not licensed.  I looked in the Qualstar jukebox and
I
did not see a way to edit the amount of available slots.  Is there a
way to
make this work without buying more licenses?
