The FILE_SIZE variables control how often the drive writes an EOF marker.
If these are written too often it will have an adverse effect on
throughput. The NetWorker defaults for LTO and a bit too low, so it is wise
to change this upwards. Making it too high can cause slow tape positioning
for restores, but the value suggested here is pretty good.
