If no directive is kicking that skips data in this directory then my first
guess would be Networker messing up?

A similar thing happen to many of us with Compaq Windows Clients;  namely
ones running a Compaq gigabit card.  On save it would detect no drives to
backup.  If one listed the drives out as savesets it worked.  This was
traced to the Compaq (uh HP) gigabit driver interfering with Networker's
probing/detecting of drives.  An upgrade to the driver or a registry change
for the driver solved the problem.

Of course for your case, it sees the drive, but is missing a directory or
data in it.. scary.

Please let us know the outcome.
