Hi,
> The engineer is telling you the way things are, there is no way to
change it.
You can change it via jukebox display. If You don't have that option,
You can
do it via serial port when connected to jukebox. In some cases,
vendors will
give You instructions for them to do that only.
> Why MUST the lun be 1.0.0 for the jukebox?
Agreed. Actually, what is Your reason for lun to be 0 in this case?
Also, why
does inquire shows Tape without proper path like \\.\TapeX? I saw
that only
when drivers were not installed (there is also one old LGTpa where
paths are
not shows after reboot, but I do not believe it applies here).
Unless You know this could solve Your problem (if You have any) there
should
be no reason to change it (but as I said in my previous post, I'm
aware of
at least one instance where this solved problem indeed).
Cheers,
.c
