In Legato knowledge base these issues are mentioned as  LGTpa49915 /
LGTpa50173.
The fix contains patched version of nsrexec. Contact Legato Technical
supportto get the fix.

Yes, but they are Legato confidential so I can't share them.
If You believe You are having the trouble with that, contact folks at
Legato or Your support company.  Sometimes an error will look like:
'nsrexecd: could not contact nsrexec, using rsh' 
'Connection refused' 
'Connection not available, Port 2 not reserved' 

... and sometimes slightly different.  You will see this with older
clients for Mac, VMS and SunOS and those BSDish ports. Same applies to
older NW code.
