What version of networker are you using.  There was a known issue with
clones hanging with your symptoms.  A temp. solution was to stop the nsrmmd
process, it will restart automatically and the clone will continue.

I saw this with networker 6.0.1,  6.2 was installed and the problem has not
been seen since.  I would imagine it is also fixed in 6.1.3
