Hello,

We are installing a new library in order to replace our STK9710 library and
we have some problems. Here's our settings:

Netwoker 6.1.3 server is installed on Enterprise 450 - Solaris 8.
The library is a ADIC Scalar 10k with 4 SDLT320 connected to the SAN with a
SNC 5100 Bridge. The library is attached SCSI to the Solaris box. No drives
are attached directly to the Sun box.
Our Storage Node is a Tru64 with 6.1.3 client with storage node. The tapes
are assigned as remote device via the SAN.
There in a zone configure on the Fibre switch (Brocade 3200) with the
storage node, the authorized clients and the bridge.

We configure the library and the drives, but when it comes to label or
inventory the new tapes, we have the following error:

        nsrjb: About to read label on rd=leo.space.gc.ca:/dev/ntape/tape5_d0
        nsrjb: About to write label 000004S on
rd=leo.space.gc.ca:/dev/ntape/tape5_d0
        nsrjb: About to eject volume from
rd=leo.space.gc.ca:/dev/ntape/tape5_d0
        slot number 4, no handler for sdlt320 tape
        eject sleep for 5 seconds
        Jukebox handle being opened at port [email protected]
        About to acquire Robot arm lock
        Unloading jukebox: drive `rd=leo.space.gc.ca:/dev/ntape/tape5_d0'
into slot `4'
        box_unload: unload failure detected - retrying
        box_unload: retry: start time = 1051221271
        box_unload: retry: sleeping 30
        box_unload: retry: failed - will retry
        box_unload: retry: sleeping 30

Has anyone seen this particular error message? And if so, how did you fix
it?
