What could cause the error "CreateFileMapping error : Access is denied." ?

This error occurred on either IS, DS or mailbox level backup.

I'm getting this error after starting Legato Remote Exec Service with
Exchange Service Account. The reason for starting the service with
exechange service account is I have just configure Legato to backup
Executive mailboxes. I have a few servers with the same setting without
problem.
