Well it's finally here....or at least it will be officially released
on March 24th.

Been using the Beta for a Month now with very positive results.
Works with both 6 and 7 servers.
A Mac OS x client pak will need to be purchased for the server.
This is a command line version, with a GUI version due later this year.
I have it running on numerous G4's and an Xserve.
