Hi Rob;

We employ a Compaq DL380G2 with NetWorker 6.1.1 and an STK9740 with 4 x 9840s 
and 1 x 9840B drives.

We currently backup around 45 machines.

On average 95% complete error free.  The ones that don't backup correctly 
usually entail some sort of configuration issue (for example network link is 
down).

We spend on average about 30 minutes/day working on backups.  This includes 
logging information (manually parsing logging files), new client additions, 
hardware additions etc...  File recovery is another issue.  With around 700 
users, we tend to spend about 1.5hrs/day on recoveries.

I am currently part of a three person team responsible for data preservation.
