        A better, yet more "dangerous", way:

1) Create a scedual with the GUI, with all skips.
2)      nsr_shutdown
3)      make a copy of /nsr/res/ner.res
4)      edit /nsr/res/ner.res
5) find the scedual you had made (search for the name)
6) in the "override:" field add "full first sunday every month"
7)      save and restart networker

        You should see the scedual in the GUI change to having
every 1st sunday override to a full backup off into the future.

        This is from /nsr/res/nsr.res

action: "incr incr incr 3 incr incr incr ";
administrator: root AT junk.harvard DOT edu;
name: "f 1st 3rd wed, else 3 inc";
override: full first wednesday every month, full third wednesday every month;
period: Week;
type: NSR schedule;
resource identifier: 0.25.24.201.59.224.138.216.140.247.50.138(204)
