Stan meant "DIRECTIVE" section of your NetWorker manual.  Also consider
using "server side" directives.  RTFM and you will under stand the pros and
cons of both.

In the /home directory, put a .nsr file. Note that the name of this file
starts with a period. This file needs to be owned by root. In this .nsr
file, put:

skip: folder_name
