You should be able to use a utility called Process Explorer which can be found
at www.sysinterls.com. This utility will allow you to find the offending
nsrmmd.exe which has the tape device locked. You just have to kill it and then
eject the media from the device.
If you search the archives there's some discussion on this matter.

We have a problem with a save session hang in the GUI Administrator after
the backup is completed successfully. The tape shows writing, idle.
On the client side doesn't have any hang save process.
The solution is stop and start the daemons.
Does anyone have seen this sympton?
We are running Windows and Networker 6.1.1.
