Right click on My computer and choose properties, go to the Advanced tab, 
choose the environment variable button, press New under System variables and 
enter your data into the fields. Your fields may vary depending on media type 
and block size but mine looks like this .. 

Variable Name: NSR_DEV_BLOCK_SIZE_SDLT
Variable Value: 128

I think there is more info on this in the archives but perhaps this will help.
