I would check a few things.
1-is libxnmi.o.1 linked to the ibsad001.  Here's what mine looks like:
74222 lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     system        20 Jan 16 2001  ibsad001_64.so -
> /usr/lib/libxnmi.o.1

   if I remember correctly, I had a problem with the libxnmi file and
Legato had to send me a good one.  This file either gets installed with
informix or the informix business suite.  The ibsad001 also depends on what
informix is running.  Mine is a 64bit.

2-this info should also be in the informix onconfig file:

BAR_BSALIB_PATH /usr/lib/ibsad001_64.so
