When trying to backup mailboxes (MSEXCH:MB) I get the error message

Non-cluster environment on node EXCHANGE
mapi, c(619): OpenMsgStore() = 0x80040111: The information store could not
be opened  (MAPI 1.0)
svmain,c(956): begin_mb_backup() = 0x80040111
Exiting with error status -2147221231: unknown error - 2147221231
(0x80040111)

Any Ideas?
