[Networker] Change from Single Slot CAP to Multi Slot CAP

I currently have the following hardware setup:
Server: Sun Enterprise 450
L1000 Tape Library, single tape drive device (DLT 7000) /dev/rmt/1ubn.
Software:
Solaris 7, Networker 6.0.1

(disk entries not included), An Inquire returns:
servername{root}42: ./inquire
[email protected]:ATL     P1000    62200701.  |Autochanger (Jukebox)
[email protected]:QUANTUM DLT7000         24  |Tape, /dev/rmt/1cbn

When I configured the jukebox (autochanger), I setup it to point to control
port [email protected] and a single slot Control Access Port (L1000 Load Port).
withdrawal example: nsrjb -vw -s servername -S 1-8 -P1

I now want to change this to a Multi Slot Port so that I can refererence
the L1000 LoadPack ports 2 to 9, or Slots 23 to 30.
for example: nsrjb -vw -s servername -S 1-8 -P 2-9

I have set the following in nwadmin for the Media/Jukeboxes:
element_status on
volume_tags on
barcode on
polled_import on
polled_export on
multi_stack_import on
multi_stack_export on

If I currently attempt to reference port 2 or above I recieve the error:
Mon 09:55:20 AM `2' may not be greater than `import export ports:1-1'

Could someone please advise the procedure of how to change the import
export port numbers.
