Sounds like it's not the SAParch savegrp that's generating that tape
request for the Default pool. I've noticed that when running a manual
backup from the client, something like:

   save -s my.backup.server "SYSTEM FILES:"

The request get's made to the Default NSR pool. The only thing I
can figure is that since clients can be members of multiple NSR
groups, networker just defaluts to the Default pool for manual
saves.
