Hello,

We just received our new 6.1.2 version. Currently, we're running 6.1.1
on our primary server (Solaris 2.8) and the same on our sole storage
node (Linux 7.1). We are thinking to relocate this storage node server
to a different Linux box running Linux 7.3. Legato indicates no support
for 7.3, but they do support 7.1 and 7.2 so should we install the
storage node software using the latest 6.1.2 version which will be newer
than the server's release, or should we install using the older 6.1.1
release which would keep it at the same release as the primary server?

1. Linux 7.3 might be happier with 6.1.2 than 6.1.1?

2. Doesn't matter, always keep storage node version the same as the
primary server?

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
